والتي ابتدئ العمل بها منذ منتصف تسعينات القرن الماضي وسبق وأن عرضت قاعدة البيانات هذه في أبحاث عدة منها البحث المعنون:
1- قواعد بيانات القرآن الكريم كأساس للمعجم الآلي الموسع للغة العربية
الذي قدم في مؤتمر إتحاد مجامع اللغة العربية الذي عقد في عمان في أيلول 2002
2- نحو معالجة الدلالة في اللغة العربية عبر قواعد البيانات: دراسة أولية لنص القرآن الكريم
الذي قدم إلى مؤتمر الحاسب الآلي السابع عشر الذي عقد في المدينة المنورة في آذار 2004
4- التعامل مع القرآن الكريم في عصر المعلوماتية: الذي قدم إلى مؤتمر جامعة الزرقاء في مايس 2004
5- قواعد بيانات القرآن الكريم الذي نشر في مجلة الفرقان التي تصدرها جمعية المحافظة على القرآن الكريم في الأردن وذلك  في تشرين الثاني 2003 و كانون الثاني 2004

وكان أحد أبرز ما نتج عن هذه المرحلة هو كتاب المعجم المفهرس للتراكيب المتشابهة في القرآن الكريم الذي طبع عام 2002 واستند الى قواعد بيانات القرآن الكريم هذه.
